BEL AIR DOWNTOWN ALLIANCE

With its central location, its role as the county seat and its small town charm, Bel Air always has been and remains “The Heart of Harford.” To enhance and preserve the town’s appearance, traditions, community identity and economic stability, business owners and interested citizens joined hands in 2001 to create the Bel Air Downtown Alliance, a nonprofit volunteer organization. Through ambitious and wide-reaching efforts, the Alliance has worked to create a vibrant business community and visitor friendly destination in Downtown Bel Air. The Maryland BBQ Bash is the signature fundraising event for the Bel Air Downtown Alliance. Proceeds from the event are used to support, enhance and promote Downtown Bel Air.
