Food Vendors:

Thank you for your interest in vending at the 9th Annual Maryland State BBQ Bash in Bel Air, MD. Each food vendor will have a space for the entire event, Friday and Saturday, and MUST be open during ALL event hours.

Set-up will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, August 13, 2020 and MUST be completed by noon for inspections. Electricity (two 20 amp services) will be available for each space and water will be located nearby. As always, water will need to be carried from a central sink. NO hoses or hook-ups allowed. Each food vendor MUST obtain an individual health permit from the Harford County Health Department. Please call 410-877-2312 for all of the details. ANY/ALL food vendors that will be selling any form of BBQ product (chicken, ribs, pork, or brisket) MUST participate in the 9th Annual Maryland State BBQ Bash Contest. The fee for entering the contest is included in your vendor fee. If you are interested in being a food vendor, please complete the form at the bottom of this letter. Completed applications AND payments are due no later than Friday, May 14, 2020. Applications received after Friday, May 14, 2020 will be subject to an additional $50.00 fee.

The food vendor fee is based on the width of your space at $30.00 per foot (minimum of ten foot increments). The width is determined by the selling dimension that faces the customers. Please indicate the width that you will need and ensure that your ENTIRE set-up fits within this dimension including trailer hitches, etc. All food vendor spaces are 30 feet deep. Applications received after Friday, May 14, 2020 will be subject to an additional $50.00 fee.
