Crafter/Exhibitor:
Thank you for your interest in crafter/exhibitor space at the 9th Annual Maryland State BBQ Bash in Bel Air, MD. Each crafter/exhibitor will have a space for the entire event, Friday and Saturday, and MUST be open during ALL event hours.
Set-up will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, August 13, 2010 and MUST be completed by noon. You may leave the premises upon set-up completion, but MUST return by the start of the event at 4:00 p.m. Crafter/Exhibitor tear-down will NOT be permitted until AFTER the event closes at 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 14, 2010.
Space size for all crafters/exhibitors is 10 X 10. You will need to provide chairs, canopies, and tables. There is NO ELECTRICITY in the crafter/exhibitor area - NO EXCEPTIONS. Completed applications AND payments are due no later than Friday, June 25, 2010. Applications received after Friday, June 25, 2010 will be subject to an additional $50.00 fee.
