Competition:

Thank you for your interest in being a competitor at the 9th Annual Maryland State BBQ Bash Championship, a KCBS Qualifier Event, in Bel Air, MD. The main competition contest includes the four KCBS categories (chicken, pork ribs, pork, and beef brisket) and judging will begin at noon on Saturday, August 14, 2010. Total prize money will be $10,000.00.

For the backyard grillers out there, who have what it takes, the Tailgate Challenge is for you. The Tailgate Challenge is a pork rib cooking contest to be held the afternoon of Friday, August 13, 2020 as part of the 9th Annual Maryland State BBQ Bash.
